The assurance of quality is fundamental for all precision engineering and anodising carried out by our company and is practised by all employees in their daily activities.
Increased capacity through continuous investment
We have just doubled the size of our factory by taking on the unit next door. This will enable us to stock hold many more components and therefore reduce costs for our customers and provide a faxban service if required.
We are very competitively price, we have bought 4 new machines including 3 new Doosan CNC’s in the last year and efficiency has increased.
We have implemented a new production software package called PSL Datatrack which is proving to be invaluable to production scheduling working alongside another App called ‘Monday’ it is very exciting. We also run an evening shift until 11pm.
